Doreen Marchetti is a consultant specializing in growing companies through strategic partnerships and innovative alliances. As Senior Director of Partnerships for the non-profit, Alpha Whisperers House of Davos, Doreen leads the agenda and recruitment of global leaders gathering at the World Economic Forum. She serves as Chief of Strategy and Channels for WITI and as an Executive Board member for the non-profit, Women in Alliances, leading the global networking chapters. Doreen is a Board member for start-ups iSolvrisk and Ultrisium, both founded in NYC and focusing on building a community elevating workforce options for young adults. In addition, Doreen currently is a Fractional Sales Development Executive with Insight Onsite and a career coach for Liftery.
Prior to launching her advisory career, Doreen was the VP of Channel Sales at Global Knowledge, a Skillsoft Company that provides professional development and IT training. With over three decades at IBM, she built high performing teams and led an extensive list of ecosystem partners to exceed growth expectations, with revenues reaching over $1B USD. Sales, marketing, business development and channel management roles took her to over 50 countries managing 100s of employees and traversing 11 business units.
When not inspiring others to follow their dreams and achieve success, Doreen spends time with her husband, two adult sons, both of whom are sales professionals in NYC and their rescue Labrador Retriever. Doreen has resided in Montvale, New Jersey since 1992.
