After owning my own Microsoft partner business and being part of some wildly successful technology businesses. It was during my 7 years at Microsoft in the partner channel business where I realized I needed reliable partnerships to consistently contribute to my and the channels success.
The problem was, I didn’t have confidence that the partnerships I was spending time on would get me the results and I didn’t know which partners were investible and who to invest in, without spending 1:1 time with every partner.
I knew there needed to be a different approach, more than just giving up extra time and effort for my partnerships.
There had to be a better way!!
It all came together around this idea of being an Investible Partner, a partnership that every ecosystem will prioritise and invest in.
