Debbie Kestin Schildkraut is VP Business Marketing for the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) dedicated to advancing industry expertise and best practices in B2B including elevating channel marketing, AI marketing capabilities, Cloud marketplaces, customer experience, and more. Prior to joining the ANA staff, she launched Kestin Impact Consulting LLC, where she held Fractional CMO and consulting roles helping small and medium businesses (MSPs and others) to optimize their channel strategy and marketing plans.
Prior to that she was recruited to join CompTIA’s staff after being an extremely active member of their Blockchain Advisory Council, delivering podcasts, and moderating and speaking on panels throughout the pandemic. As VP-Global Community Engagement she led their Communities, Advisory Councils, Technology Interest Groups, conferences, and awards. Under her leadership, the Advancing Women in Tech Community doubled, and she rolled out MSP, Cybersecurity, and Advancing Tech Talent & Diversity Communities across all global regions.
Before CompTIA, Debbie held numerous global channel marketing leadership roles at IBM Corporation for over two decades as AI Applications & Blockchain Ecosystem Marketing Leader, Director Business Partner Strategy supporting IBM Cloud and other brands, Distributor Marketing, Business Partner Enablement, and helped build the first partner programs.
Debbie is as an active speaker, moderator, panelist, and writer on topics ranging from blockchain, tech-for-good, DEIB, cybersecurity, channel programs, customer experience, maximizing marketing effectiveness, creating inclusive work environments and more for organizations such as Channel Program, IoTSSA, eChannel News, The Open Mainframe Project, MSP Makeover, MSP Rescue Roadshow, Zift Solutions, the Alliance of Channel Women, ChannelWise, WITI, and others.
Debbie serves on Advisory Boards for Aspire2STEAM and the Cybersecurity Defense Ecosystem. She’s a member of Cloud Girls and the Alliance of Channel Women; for ACW she is a Mentor Circle Moderator and a co-chair for the Awards Committee.
She has been a multi-time Women of the Channel (WOTC) award recipient. She has also received awards from CompTIA: the 2020 Advancing Women in Tech Award, and the 2021 Advancing Diversity in Tech Award. She was an Ally of the Year finalist for DiversityQ and Women In Tech USA in 2022 and Advocate of the Year Finalist in 2023. She was also recently recognized as a 2024 Cloud Girls Trailblazer of the Year and with the 2024 Change Leader Award for DEIB for leading initiatives to advance women and diversity in tech.
Active professionally and in community service for decades, Debbie has held numerous leadership positions and is always eager to help educate others and give back to the community with countless hours of mentoring and volunteer work. She loves music, travel, photography, hiking, and spending time with her family.
